Buyer have negotiated for a much lower price for the product and I have agreed to it. Furthermore, you decided to cheap out on the courier option (courier was your choice according to our pre-agreed deal). When it arrives in bad condition, you decided to blame it defective. Mind you, I have also shown you all the pictures of the actual product’s condition beforehand.

Better to be fussy rather than cheat others. Update: the price of the product was reduced by the seller herself as she was probably unable to sell the product for a long time. Worst part - she is a blatant liar. Avoid buying from her - this person is a serial cheater and liar. Best part is that she blamed the missing screw on the courier service. Some people are just shameless. Imagine - would a courier service remove the screw from an external monitor. Beyond stupid and plain dishonesty.
