Customer assumed product came with pit when it is not mentioned anywhere in description. Didnt ask further question to clarify during purchase, made a low price offer and yet she is 'disappointed'. Gave the option for her to return and refund since she was unhappy with product but refused. Buyer could be more fair with the rating since she refused service recovery.
