When u buy an account, especially second hand, u run a big risk of it being recovered by the original owner. The phone number had nothing to do with the recovery as valorant only needs the original email, payment method and credit card details to return the acc to its owner. I have sold other accounts before with no problem, this is just an unlucky outcome for both parties. Maybe we could have talked it out and settled for a half refund but u went ahead and left a negative review.
