A problematic buyer blaming the seller for a courier issue and demanding a refund before the parcel is even returned to the seller makes the seller look bad for something that is completely beyond the seller’s control. No seller would want a customer who blames them 100% for courier issues that are outside of their responsibility.

Issue settle .talk badly while reply ur question? Very disappointing experience dealing with an impatient buyer. I already made multiple reports, mcmc report n gave a full refund. Making a quick payment does not mean u can blame the seller for J&T courier issues. Lesson learned😊

Things been settled, the refund is still undergoing. The seller, herself choose the problematic courier and talk badly while handling my questions. The bag that being posted on 23/2-24/3 ( and yet the jnt still undergoing the refunded item) . You can see the issue itself as the courier make refund without even notifying me. It’s okay. I already do my side as a buyer make a quick payment and this is what I get in return. And what I get in lesson here always do official carousel payment lol
