Not sure if it's misunderstanding or something else but without Normal mail stamp singpost Will never deliver the parcel...so in short I lost my half parcel and received the half one...

Buyer bargained from $30 to $25, ask to pay for mailing (clearly stated in post) buyer refused and said normal mail of $1.50 cfm can cover,but didn’t even want to pay the cost. buyer didn’t understand that because they were a large amount of items I still had to split the mail into two to fit into mailbox, thus I had to split the buyers $1.50 as well. Had the buyer paid for registered or proper mail costs, no loses would have happened, as I am always very sure to paste the stamps on the mail.
