Just needed a watch battery replaced, but ended up having a really good chat with Ricky, the boss. He's super cool and calm, extremely professional. He taught me a few things about my own watches that I never knew, actually made me appreciate them more. I believe he really loves what he does. Such a nice guy. I will definitely be back. Ricky is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to watch servicing or even just battery replacement where this may not be done by other independent watch shop. I would say it’s highly recommended and service is excellent. Will definitely go back again if there’s any issue to my watches.
