I bought an iPad advertised as brand new and sealed. After setting up warranty expired called apple and they confirmed the warranty had already expired, if no receipt to confirm purchase they cannot see any warranty anymore the reason i bought this is because of the warranty since its sealed as per seller. As for the Jabra Speak 750, I have a Link380 that came w/ my Jabra headset and it paired w/o issues, worked with the Jabra Direct software, & immediately prompted an update so the device is legit.
