Buyer promised to make payment & alr confirmed to order, asked for more photos of the shoes, so I sent it (it’s the same exact model as the listing photos) then said that she didn’t like it bc she alr has smth similar, which confuses me bc she alr saw the listing photos. If she knew she had smth similar, then why did she say she want to buy it initially. Tq for saying sry but I’m still confused

It’s because the condition of the shoe did not look promising nor does it look exactly like the pictures . The condition stated 10/10 but looks too worn out and the colour changed yellow a bit we all own shoes we know how it ages.
