Mildly annoyed at the fact that I went all the way to ensure and pack the items (which are not of very high value anyway) in a box she requested and even offered complimentary postage (when I usually don't) and she kept delaying making payment despite numerous reminders. (Reminded everyday) I told her I was unable to ship at the date as promised due to time constraints as payment wasn't in. She didn't reply and didn't have the courtesy to tell me she didn't want the items anymore.
