Excellent service and pre sales. Hugo is very patient and answered a lot of my questions very promptly. Installation scheduled a few days after paymt The installers are pro,very tidy and quick. Door lock installed in 1.5 hour. Lock is easy to use and to program and my old rfids from my old lock can be used. Value for money. Singapore brand but I think lock is from China and assembled here.

Thank you singgate for the prompt replies. This is a good investment for indoor drying especially those new BTO houses. I got this to replace my old spoilt dryer rack cos of my second newborn baby. Now i can wash baby clothes frequently without any worries. Thank you for going the extra mile to find the most earliest installation slot too. They also helped to dismantle the old one!
