Came in without a box or any protection. Just a pair of slippers wrapped together inside 2 layers of bubble wrap and a layer of tape. Not sure if the damage on both slippers are from the shipping or was there all along. Felt like the seller just wanted these out of their hands. Not the type to complain.

Jill reached out to me and informed me that the decision to send the footwear without a box was beyond her control and it was the courier’s decision. Also apologized for the damage the pair of birks obtained from the shipping mishandling. I really appreciate these gestures. Jill really is a 5-star seller.

Apologies for this. I actually packed this with a different birk box but J&T personnel didn’t allow my messenger to send it w a box (my first time to use J&T and most likely the last). That is definitely damaged from the shipping but I take full responsibility with that. I shall send you a PM. Again, apologies for this shipping error.
