had someone to collect on my behalf, didn’t check the item upon meetup as we trust that it’s good. i also asked prior to the meet if it was “bnwt no defects” and she confidently said yes. received it stained and asked seller for a refund. then she asked if i could use a white pen to clean instead but i didn’t want it anymore so she insisted on a $5 discount instead. worse experience ever bruh
