Deal a brownie tower and paid for delivery but baker book a rider instead. Supposed to deliver at 6pm, came at 1030am and no longger a tower, the chocolate melt badly, dont even have ice bag to maintain the chocolate. Dissapointed.

Baker replace a new cake, so nice of them. Thank you so much although we did not ask for any cake replacement or refund. Was told to return the previous cake but at 1030am it already melt so bad, to wait till 5pm its impossible. However I have no bad comments on the cake flavour, it looks good.

Was very satisfied with the cake. And seller/baker was very prompt in replying & accommodating to my request & last minutes order for my kid. Price is also reasonable compared to retails shop. Thanks.....
