He made an offer, offer accepted. Then decided not to pay/buy unless item is posted to him. Will pay after he received and inspected the item. Clever guy??? Be careful if you do business with this type of person.
After you accepted my offer I requested you to meet up for COD in JB. You told me you were in Ipoh. I told you I will ask my friend to meet up with you when you're back to JB. You refused and insisted me to pay you first and you will post the item to me. So I requested you to post the item in Shopee and I will pay to Shopee and Shopee will release the payment to when I receive the item. You refused. I was annoyed so I asked you to post first and I pay later then you get upset...
