seller was friendly but item zip was faulty and didn't tell me there was mailing charges & not stated on item page or bio (I DID check at time of order) suddenly asked for $5 extra for mailing for a Polymailer to protect my wallet (shouldn't you, not i, be resp for your supplier?) but when it arrived was in a paper envelope. offered $2 refund (but only after I clarified)

Buyers are supposed to read the item bio itself for the mailing charges. It is always stated on the bio itself. Please do not blame others when you did not read it. My supplier who mail the item out for me didn't use the polymailer is not my fault. It is usual for the zip to be faulty for the first time. After a while it will be smooth to zip already. And why are you spamming my notification with your edited feedback of four time?

Very responsible seller really thumbs up for her! There were hiccups here and there in the meetup but she ended up sending it to my doorstep and also she is very patient with all my enquiries and the packaging was super pretty and item was in excellent condition!thankyou sweetie, look forward to deal w u again😘
