Photos of item on listing showed a clean piece. This is what I got when I opened the parcel. Didn't want to jump the gun so tried reaching out to seller via Carousell chat as well as whatsapp (she blue ticked). I wanted to give the chance to sort this amicably but I suppose seller do not feel the same!

Very disappointed. The item was delivered to the wrong address even though I provided the correct address. Now I have no way to retrieve it. The seller is unable to assist, and Carousell customer service has not been very helpful either.
