10/10 condition mam and Like New ang post and yet meron sya butas. U should have mentioned the issue or flaw. Should I have known it, getting the item will not even cross my mind. Every seller should be responsible enough and honest wid the condition of their items. I am sorry mam but not because you gave me a disc, i will rate you 5 star. hi ma'am! my apologies. but the last time I checked the item, it has no flaw and I also sent you pictures. we could've sorted this out in the message po sana and offer you a refund. I also find the 1 star rating unfair since I accommodated all your requests and even lowered the price of the item for you.
