Good communication, the furniture had more than a few scuff marks that were not mentioned in the listing or communication. Maybe missed sharing it.

As we tried to raise the height of the crib and since this was a non branded crib the cost incurred to procure those screws turned out to be more painful than the purchasing a similar cot brand new!!!!! Seller should have been more upfront and transparent about what was included and what wasn’t. Wish I hadn’t bought it!

Excellent experience. The entire transaction was seamless from start to finish. Very nice guy who communicated clearly and promptly, making sure to answer all my questions. The product was exactly as described, and the price was very reasonable. He even went the extra mile by deducting the delivery fee from the final price. Thank you for a great transaction!
