Had a conflicted transaction. I had a fault on my end which is forgetting to include the charger, however she refused to use the inexpensive universal ones as they are not “quality” charger. I understand her side, but I think it’s unfair to demand for a refund for the price of the charger kung from the actual brand ka bibili. The charger I was using costs ₱100. The one u wanted costs 2 or 3x more.

Hi! If im not mistaken, nabanggit ko sayo na 6pm pa ang uwi ko. U were already messaging me abt ur concern beforehand and u were pushing for a response at 5:24pm. It’s unfair you’d use that as a counterargument. Also, I brought up the ₱500 off the og price bc ang laki na ng bawas, yet you were still asking for a refund for the price of an original charger, when the one I was using for it costs 100

Just to clarify: the charger was missing despite being in the description. You only mentioned the universal charger AFTER I received the item and pointed out it was missing—you weren't replying. I just asked for a link or fair compensation, not a refund for an expensive one. You also came back to accept my offer after I let go, so bringing up my discount doesn't make sense. I still gave you 4 stars only for the camera, but communication needs work. Hope this clears things up; no hard feelings! 🙂
