Condition of the bag from outside is ok. But not sure why seller stitched the bottom of the bag together till the extend that I wouldn't fit my stuff in. In the end I still need to remove out the stitch myself to ensure that the bag is in working condition. Asked for a small refund due to its condition wasn't that good and the difficulties am I facing. But seller claim that it's very cheap alr.

At first you should tell me that the bag has stitches. You didn't bother to informed the buyer then thought you can cheat. So unprofessional.

Photos in my post very clearly shown there were the "stitches" claimed by the buyer. I made efforts to send to his blk somemore. It's buyer who didn't see my post clearly, n he also didn't even bother to check during transaction. Only afterwards then he complained. I didn't bother to argue, so I offered to take back the bag, AT HIS BLOCK, n do full refund, but it was buyer who chose to keep the bag, obviously becos it was cheap enough... Lazy buyer... *Roll eyes.. btw I'm not a pro seller lor
