The first initial interaction was great, she was very responsive and kind so I held several items on hold for her. However I was very patient and waited two months for her to decide on what she wanted to purchase, and in the end she never opened or replied to any of my messages despite seeing that she was online several times. I gave her 2 weeks in the end to reply to my reminders, but there was no response. A little disappointed to have wasted so much time on holding multiple items for her.
