After confirming on mailing, he continues to ghost for several days, leaving me on 'seen'. I read his reviews and saw many other sellers facing the same things, although they were from years ago. First made and accepted offer, then claimed illness unable to meet up, then claimed will transfer money instead but fell asleep, then claimed will transfer afterwards but disappeared for 2 days. Irresponsible buyer. Just say "I made a wrong decision, decided not to buy" instead of making so much excuses, I wouldn't even have left a negative review.
