Friendly buyer who enquired and waited for me to get back. Not easy to meet such honourable customer as there are always ppl who ask and then keep quiet or walk away before I get back. But regret I miss counted and gave the client a few balloons less than ordered. I really want to refund back but she refuse to accept the refund and give me a number to pay bk. I feel really bad!
