Ordered 2 sets but seller only shipped 1 as she mistakenly put my 1 order set to another clients parcel. I asked for a replacement but the seller didn’t approve. She said the item is on sale so she can’t replace it with a new stock. A bit hard to communicate with. She refunded my payment at the end.

We acknowledge the missing item and have already taken responsibility for this honest packing mistake. However, we would like to clarify that we informed you on the same day of shipping and immediately offered a full refund. The decision to wait instead of accepting the refund was your choice, which we respected. Given this, we find the feedback unfair and misleading, as we were transparent, responsive, and willing to resolve the issue right away. We also incurred a loss from this incident.
