Knows their stuff

Friendly, knows their stuff! Goes above and beyond to check on alternative ports and identified problem with our mesh not connecting via ethernet, and helped to map out the ports in entire HDB flat. Also provided some tips on router and cat-6 cables, if we ever look to upgrade to quicker internet speed in future. Will contact when that time comes, thanks!

There was a slight issue upon upgrading my ssd but being an honest and professional service provider, Joseph went the extra mile to ensure that my ssd upgrade had no hiccups. He informed me of the problem and provided an alternative solution and kept me in the loop. Dude even rejected my giving him an extra $4 "service fee" 😂 Go to him for your computer needs! 10/10 service. Thanks brother 👍
