Really a time waster,gave him the benefit of the doubt regardless of the bad reviews.But even after countless texts,still doesn’t reply and after a few more hours even more bad reviews pop up. Highly recommend ignoring him and don’t even bother to reply to his offer because you’ll be wasting your time

Deal at your own risk. No respect on other people's time. Have agreed with his three requests to change time til evening then last minute wanted to change meet up place which is far from my place.
