買了一個貨架，但欠缺所需配件，現在得物冇所用。 I bought a shelf from this seller. The item was packed by the seller upon meet up. The package was missing some pieces when I got home and opened it. It is impossible to assemble and put into use due to the missing pieces.

Slow response from seller. Seller agreed to the lower price due to the lack of interest from other buyers and I live nearby. Seller is a nasty person saying that I am trying to cheat on her and her husband. 與賣家溝通過程並不是很順暢，賣家同意減價$20是因為貨物並沒有引起其他人的興趣及因為我住在附近方便交收。賣家說我誣蔑他是非常不要得的行為，這樣推卸責任建議日後各買家不要在此買東西。

In order to make it convenient for the buyer not to pick it up at the door, I specially disassembled the whole set of shelves for him, packed them with transparent wrap, including 5 panels and 3packs of long poles, and carried them to the meet-up spot for counting. Afterwards, the buyer said that 10 long poles were missing, which is really unreasonable. The buyer request for extra discount and I still accepted the bid. I believed if ppl would like to cheat they won’t accept the bid.
