Straightforward transaction...good place to find phone casings which are not really sold in Singapore especially when your handphone is NOT a Samsung or iPhone. Just a word of caution...the waiting time is a bit longer due to the products being shipped from overseas if there is no local stock. Otherwise, all is well. Thnx a lot! 😄

Item didn't arrive after 6 weeks and seller said she would transfer back the money to me. It took another 3 weeks for her to do so but was eventually transferred back.

Thank you for understanding. I am truly sorry for the delay as due to personal issues, I couldn't be online for a few weeks that added to the delay. I am sorry our deal did not work out & appreciate you not making a big fuss!

Refund completed as supplier just refunded a day ago & was offline for a couple of days as well again to due to personal issues. Sorry for the repeated waits and thank you anyway for not making it a big issue!

Seller seems nice in the start.. But MIA Later.. No reply.. I expect delay but at least an update. No response.. 2 week plus already.. Still wait for an response. Update: replied.. But was inform there is a huge delay. Will update again once the item reach.

Dead seller. Did not reply AT ALL after the day I transferred money. I understand that the item I'm buying is PO but it's been 20 days but yet to get any respond even though I've ask for any updates numerous times. Please either refund my money back or actually respond to your buyer & send the item that I've already paid for. Update: She had a valid reason for not replying but item still not yet received. May change my feedback in the future.
