They offered to do a custom keyboard after hearing that what they listed didn't fit my requirements. Despite my many requests they were very patient and gave really good options. Additionally they were extremely transparent throughout the whole process. When I finally got the keyboard, they let me test and make sure everything was good. And the keyboard really is good.
