Really hard to talk to this seller keep changing his mind. Time waster

Before u make a deal with this person please make sure to confirm the date and time of meet up and get his mobile number as well. He is not responsive. So what happen was i set a timing and at his convenience. Upon reaching at meeting point, last minute he got an urgent matter to attend. He didnt even offer & plan to meet at my convenience instead meet him at same meeting point again. What piss me more is i was with my little baby. Anyway I already purchase tge same item at ikea right after dat

Bought earphones described as sealed, BNIB, and never opened. Discovered leather pouch in box to be damaged and inner box already opened, indicating that it was likely opened before. Wanted to return item for partial refund due to condition of leather pouch and item not being BNIB but he refused to discuss or admit false advertisement/poor condition of item, ceasing to reply. Probably no ill intent but extremely defensive and difficult seller to deal with, hard to negotiate when he ignores msgs.
