The set that I purchased was full of old, degraded perfumes. The top and middle notes were completely missing in most of them. I feel that the seller should have tested the product before selling it. When I contacted him about making an exchange (even offering to buy more), he declined. The seller is a nice, knowledgeable person, but I cannot trust his storage conditions.

Common sense that consumer product like perfume is non-refundable and no exchange. The buyer tried every single sample in the sample set, and then requested for full refund or exchange for other perfume samples. What's the purpose of sampling? To test the smell. Yes, the buyer used it, tested all samples, fulfilled the purpose, then came to me for refund and exchange for other samples. This can go in a loop if i accept the request. Be reasonable, to all buyers.
