Very polite and informative seller, really knowledgeable about the grinder, seller also pack my grinder immediately after purchase, I purchased on Tuesday and received on Saturday which is considered very fast delivery from Singapore, highly recommend

I do have some issue with my grinder, after I done cleaning up and I tried to screw back the collar but tread was chipped, I’m not sure weather it’s manufacture defect or I have broken it, already contact the seller but still waiting for a solution But I had saw some posts on Facebook groups saying that this seller has a very poor after sales service…. Wish me good luck 🤞

Genuine seller and thanks for the recommendation and information. End up very happy with the unit and even a little surprise that it also came with a metal indicator mod. Went with the SSP High Uniform burr so I know I got the best in class. Seller get the item and ship from Singapore stock. Payment through Wise is ok but no issue and great follow up. Speedy and excellent delivery to Malaysia!

Many thanks to the seller that fully help give advice until the delivery at door step in Malaysia. The delivery from Singapore to Malaysia east coast is really fast. I purchased with upgrade red speed burr and the performance of machine is really great. Highly recommended.

The DF64 is quite a rare model to find locally, and the price is really good compared to trying to source it abroad. To note, the seller is a company based in Singapore, so you'll be recommended to pay using Wise. Legit guys though, can even extend your warranty.
