Asked me to wait 3 weeks before he decided to arrange a meet up, and requested for additional packaging for his convenience to move the item, to which I consented and went out of my way to find. He cancelled the meeting at the last hour after I had rescheduled my entire day to accommodate him, and has yet to schedule another meetup after several days. Wasted my time.
