Dishonest, Unreliable and Refused to Solve issue after i informed seller abt the phone Sold 2hrs ago was Defect, with back cover Opens up, with image attached. As spoken, I told you it’s not possible. You checked the phone in person for 15 mins, it doesn’t make sense for you to claim that the phone is faulty.. almost 6 hours after collecting the phone. I’ve already escalated this issue to Carousell.
