1.inaccurate description- Item is not stretchable 2. Measurements are wrong and therefore could not fit. 3. Item from shipment time took a week cos it was shipped from Malaysia. Payment made before CNY. Received item 3 weeks later cos seller was away and had no wifi and didn’t even bother to update. One of the worst buyer experience Iv had.

Measurements are as what I measured after checking to the accuracy best. Payment was made on cny eve which I told you it would be delayed as post office is closed & I've to travel with family. No WiFi in overseas, but I kept updating to assure abt my return date in hotel. Post from Msia as I've no time to visit post office in sg once I returned & had to bring along the item to Msia for my work trip the next day & courier it from Msia post office to you with a much higher courier fees I paid for.

I have nvr given anyone bad review. Really upset for not getting my parcel before festive event. Told me to make payment asap to get my stuff on time or else i will engage my own courier. and reply me late, give reason for not checking her dm bla2. if u knw you hv a dealer, ensure dealing with it properly. i have ft job and pt and i manage to respond to you asap. REALLY AM UPSET!!!!!

Demanding buyer. 1st time I got a 1 star review among all my buyers. I always deliver asap with politeness & go the extra miles. We don't check our carousell inbox all the time as it's not our full time or part-time job. I replied & courier as soon as I could. Offer made, Payment, address & details given at mid-night. I arranged the courier to pick up & delivered the item the day after as soon as I'd received & checked the payment the nxt morning. The Courier needs a day in advance.
