Lovely bag & pleasant experience w seller :) Seller's attitude was good but the bag had spoilt zippers which was through no fault of mine though seller said he checked when bag arrived. Both zippers were faulty on e 1st time i used e bag. Seller unable to get a replacement for me. Then Realised e same bag cost $39 on taobao. I paid for it with my stupidity. Thank you.

I'm sorry. As communicated, i checked all items before mailing out as I don't send out faulty items. In fact, u had the bag for more than a week before giving feedback that the zip is faulty. It's a metal zip & brand new out from factory. Just as with any other bag zips, u should use wax, pencil or lip balm to smoothen it if it's too tight. Do not pull it forcefully as u'll break it definitely.
