Seller stated description as "gently use". Enchanted forest has two broken pieces. Where in the woods has 1 Missing piece. I asked for full refund within 24 hrs. Her reply"Hi I didn't state that it is new. I didn't know bout the missing piece. So u can't expect a full refund. U buy things online and u hv 100% perfect expectations . I think u better buy from retail shop.think as a online buyer u better think twice before buying 2nd hand stuff .I would do the same if I want cheap and good things"
