I also have my watsapp message with me . I follow your instruction exactly. You told me not to “power on “ the ups. Let the up’s charge up. I let it charge for two days, still can’t power on. You tell me you want check what’s went wrong. And you are overseas , I texted you few days later , but you no reply me, that why I ask for a refund for faulty unit, and I received no answer from you

This review is a hundred percent inaccurate. Firstly, the unit was NOT damaged and was even demonstrated to them prior before sale. Secondly the unit was sold at a discount to the owner. Thirdly, the listing clearly stated no cables would be included. When the buyer had issues with powering the unit, he refuses to set it up in the proper way, despite me willing to guide him, while insisting to refund. I have WhatsApp texts to prove this.
