A legitimate and trustworthy business with a showroom within walking distance from MRT station. Not some freelancer. Bought a brass latch that is a good brand and fits perfectly in newer HDB flats. Honoured listed price. When buying a replacement lock, ensure you have the measurements and ask questions to be sure. Best to bring a sample to match. It's not their fault if you didn't do your homework

Very lousy seller, i went all the way down to pick up the item, resulted the lady tell me no chrome colour as shown in the pic. Ask me to take sliver instead, not getting as it totally dun match my gate at all... Shld have advise on the colour upfront, very lousy experience, nv will purchase from this store anymore.

Highly recommend seller! Seller was very prompt with his responses. I made payment late at night and he managed to deliver it to my place the next day. The item didn’t look exactly like the picture on the listing and so I was very doubtful but the seller was extremely patient and assuring and confident that the item would be compatible.
