Aldrea did a 1-to-2 trial with me and my mom. She was super chill, professional, and patient since we haven’t hit the gym in years. My mom really appreciated that the workout was just the right level. Aldrea kept checking in, and we felt super comfortable with her. Plus, she’s the only female trainer we found who travels to clients. Really goes the extra mile. Highly recommend! Thank you Aldrea:)

I have been working out with Aldrea for a few months now, and her workouts have been really helpful for someone who is not physically active at all. Starting me at my level and working my way up to more difficult workouts, she’s not like other overly intense trainers. Her workouts are affordable, easy to understand and minimal, so much so I can workout at home! Highly recommend!
