Not trustable at all. 1 week after the buyer received the item, please note that it was one week later, the buyer told me that there was a problem with the battery, and asked me to do a replacement. I have pic proof that my item is good. If there is a problem, why didn't contact me immediately? I strongly suspect that you yourself broke the item.

Buyer is fickle-minded and have reliable issue when purchasing goods. His accusation is baseless when he mentioned that I have intentionally "hide" the information cuz I write all relevant info in the description column. Nothing is over promise. Also do look u the dictionary for the meaning "new". New ->Never used or worn before now Replacement = new product because it has never been used before. Get ur fact right before accusing others cuz this just shows buyer words are unreliable again.
