brian was very patient in correcting my form and technique during the trial lesson and he knew exactly how to adapt his coaching style to my needs. His knowledge in physiotherapy was also very valuable, ensuring that I warm up and cool down appropriately to avoid injuries. I trained with Brian since last year and he is very committed to teaching me the basics of calisthenics. Using his long calisthenics experience, he is able to pinpoint the mistakes i made and how to rectify them on the spot. I was experiencing plateau in my calisthenics training last year. With the help of Brian and his experties in calisthenics, he assisted me in reaching new heights. In the span of 3 months, i manage to improve from a bad form muscle up to 10 clean muscle ups. He is able to correct my incorrect use of muscles and movements in various exercises, allowing me to train in a safe and progressive manner.

Had the luxury of training with Brian for the past few months. I can definitely feel his vast experience in calisthenics through his keen eyes for my form and the various progression exercises he can tailor on the go. Outside of the training sessions, he is approachable and patient as well. I do consult to iron out some kinks or if I experience discomfort during my own training. Do hit him up!
