Buyer tried to back out of already confirmed sale, claiming that she had been given another better quality product. Also had no access to Carousell app to acknowledge "Item Received". Buyer wanted a cash refund. I advised buyer that it is impossible to cancel the transaction now, citing regulations from Carousell official helpline FAQ. In the end, we proceed with proper completion as per normal.
