After making an offer, MIA. Then out of the blue suddenly ask if he can pick up giving last min notice. Then MIA again. Up till today, no response if he is still interested to proceed despite my many follow ups. I have rejected other offers because I have accepted yours. This is a very irresponsible behaviour.
