Easygoing buyer
Fast payment, pleasant transaction
Deal unable to go through due to buyer needed the shoes urgently and I last minute discovered the shoes has sticky stains and was unable to clean them on time. Offered to clean the shoes for this weekend pick-up but buyer decided not to proceed anymore.
Ulasan tindak lanjut
The shoes can be cleaned but I respect your decision not to proceed with it.
7 bulan yang lalu (diedit)I disagree with the rating given to me. I choose not to proceed with the purchase due to the following: 1. Poor communication â delayed responses. 2. Item misrepresented â shoes were listed as âlightly usedâ but had been worn weekly. 3. Unreliable coordination â an earlier pickup was promised but forgotten. 4. Lack of due diligence â the sticky condition on shoe was only disclosed ONE HOUR before the scheduled pickup. My rating to seller reflects my disappointment of the whole process
