DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS U DONT MIND THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY!!! Always goes MIA, doesnt reply messages, give loads of excuses and always delay things! Say will refund but took 1 month plus to do it, and up till now still hasn't do so yet!!! Cheater! Took my patience for granted wtf?!!! Worst deal ever😠😠 Refund in the process?! Process for more than a month already hello?!!

Seems like am not e only 1.paid for 3 quantity of wax since 17 dec, never received items at all.slow or almost no response frm seller.taking my patience for granted.worst transaction of my life!! From xmas till new year till CNY still nothing! !! Ya ya ya..so i am e unlucky one not to receive the items. .nonsense! !really tke ppl's patience for granted...

Parcel is being mailed.. you claim did not received.. hence normal mail am not liable for lost .. registered mail is always preferred to avoid unnecessary dispute .. Others received the wax as per mailed.
