Disappointing experience. Seller had already accepted my offer, but later cancelled the deal after saying they found another buyer willing to pay a higher price. I understand sellers want the best price, but once an offer has been accepted, it would be more professional to honour the agreement instead of cancelling just because a better offer came along. Not a good experience.
