I have not used gym equipment before and Ada patient ly guided me through them. Each gym session is beginner friendly, and she set realistic goals for you. Would definitely recommend Ada to anyone looking to start gymming as a habit.

Ada was very patient and always took the time to explain the purpose behind each exercise, which helped me better understand my training. I’ve been training with Ada for several months and have seen noticeable improvements in my str, fitness, and overall energy levels. She tailors every session to my goals and adjusts the training based on how I’m feeling tat day, while still ensuring I make progress. Training at Ark Grit is also much more comfy than crowded ActiveSG gym, making it easier to stay focused & consistent w my workout.

I think it's apt that Ada is a PT as she is always able to AdaPT to my needs. When I'm extra stressed or tired, she has adjusted the session to help me work towards my goals, without making the session too overwhelming. She has been very patient, helping me overcome my anxiety at the gym and teaching me how to use the various gym equipment safely. I'm really glad that I found such an amazing PT. ☺

I was quite nervous at first since I hadn’t exercised in a while, but Ada was very patient and explained everything clearly. The workout was challenging yet manageable, and her sense of humor made the session enjoyable. She was very encouraging throughout, and I felt good and accomplished after the session.
