This buyer was full and well aware of the Item i was selling, but then she changed her mind when i totally explained to her the flaws and the description and she even asked me how she would avoid losing the tooth zipper so she could avoid it. i gave her the information she needed. And she keeps accusing me i was intentionally selling the bag when she is fully aware.
