kuehfactory 5 months agoBuyer left a poor rating despite being informed twice (in the listing AND during the chat) that the battery of the item was in “service” condition (below 80% health). The battery is not faulty or damaged, it is just wear and tear due to normal use. Knowing all this, the buyer negotiated $48 off the listed price and agreed to proceed with the transaction, to which I obliged given the condition of the battery. There was no false advertising and nothing hidden from the buyer before purchase.
